Return method:

Return application: Please contact customer service  [email protected](Mon – Sun / 9:00AM – 24:00PM) to apply for return or exchange. After the application is approved, please send the list of products to be returned and exchanged with the product, and press the return confirmation text message returned to the address in . If the product is returned by means of non-searchable delivery, the company is not responsible for the loss, damage, misdelivery, etc. of the product, please understand.

Note: Please be sure to indicate the order number on the remarks column of the waybill, thank you for your cooperation.

Return process:

Contact customer service for return and exchange registration → provide pictures of returned products → customer service confirms the return application → return the returned products → return confirmation → apply for refund or exchange

Refund method:

After the return is received and confirmed to be correct, if you need a refund, the company will process the relevant refund for you within one week according to your payment method:

With cash on delivery, the payment will be refunded to your designated bank card;

Using online payment, the payment will be refunded to the online payment account you paid at the time. (If you pay with China Merchants Bank, you need to provide card number information for refund)
